At AllPlasticsCleaner, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please submit an Issue With Your Order Form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide your order number and upload photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds or Replacements

• If approved, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement product at no additional cost.
• Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
